The Baker College Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program strives to prepare nurses for leadership positions in administration (Administrative Track) or education (Education Track). Both Cognates build upon the knowledge and skills nurses bring to a curriculum designed to meet the highest levels of nursing practice with an emphasis on the potential of each student. The MSN degree program provides experienced professional nurses the education and competencies needed to function in a rapidly changing health care environment.
