Additional Information
- Please wait approximately 4 weeks after the completion of the semester for your degree information to appear on your official transcript.
- Degree posting can be viewed in MyBaker under Personal Info (link in top right corner).
- Transcript requests are an automatic process and Baker College cannot hold requests for degrees or grades to be posted.
- Transcripts can no longer be picked up at your local campus.
- Within the ordering process, you can upload a document to send with an electronic transcript, or with a paper transcript sent by US Mail. (Previously, this option was only available to electronically sent transcripts.)
- A hold on your Baker College account will not prevent you from requesting a transcript through Parchment Exchange. However, Baker College will not be able to release your transcript until the hold is resolved.
- Orders to release transcripts are processed through the online ordering system. Transcripts sent online are fully secure and FERPA compliant. Our PCI certification and third-party testing ensure that security is never in question.

Order Official Transcript (No active Baker College User ID)

Ordering Process
If you do NOT have an active Baker College account, you can order an official transcript by clicking the "Order Official Transcript" image on the right. You will need to provide some information so that we can identify you as a former student at Baker College. Please have this information handy when you are ready to order your transcript.
The information below must match when you last attended Baker College:
First Name
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Last 4 numbers of your Social Security number

- If you complete the 'Create account' option, please note that the password you create cannot be changed by the Baker College ITSC. If you forget your password, the self-registration page will walk you through the password reset process without having to call the Baker College ITSC.

Access Unofficial Transcript
Unofficial Transcripts
Baker College only provides unofficial transcripts to current students, or alumni with a My Baker account.
- For current students, or alumni with a current My Baker College account, log in to My Baker using your current username and password.
- Click on My Services tab across the top.
- For current students, click on the Student Services Center, then Academic Services > Grade Information > Unofficial Transcript.
- For alumni, click on the Alumni Center, then Unofficial Transcript.
- Please wait approximately 4 weeks after the completion of the semester for your degree information to appear on your official transcript. After the degree has been posted, degree information can be located in MyBaker under Personal Info (link in top right corner).
