All Baker College refunds to students are processed through BankMobile. Students will be sent refund selection kits from BankMobile when they initially register for classes. Students must select a refund option (i.e., ACH to an existing bank account, open a BankMobile debit card account, etc.). There are no application or in-network ATM fees associated with the BankMobile account. A $10 fee is assessed for all card replacement requests after the initial activation.
Students who do not receive their refund selection kits should contact the One Stop office.

BankMobile is committed to safeguarding student's personal and financial information. They maintain a comprehensive information security program developed to safeguard customer data and student funds.
In addition to securing websites via firewalls, antivirus protection and IDS, BankMobile uses two-factor authentication to validate all logins. Upon login via web or mobile, a secure code is sent to the students' email or mobile phone that they must enter in order to complete the login process.
